Launched by Feras Abo Dabboseh and Mohammad Zaza in collaboration with a wide collective of artists, producers, activists and collectives from Palestine, Belgium and disopras of Brussels, supported by partners in the art and cultur sector in Brussels and across the world. A hybrid space that brings together hospitality, curatorial programming, and collective energy across literature, film, music, performance, design, and public discussions. Celebrating Communities and diasporic cultures and voices of Brussels to the world.
Lagrange Points stands for art, culture and politics as part of everyday life. It is built on the belief that books, performance, food, and dialogue are inseparable from the struggles and dreams that shape our world. By bringing a café and bookshop, coworking, art gallery and collective practice, performances and public discussions under one roof, LP creates an ecosystem where daily life becomes a space for thought, creation, and engagement. To learn and to unlearn, to construct and to deconstruct, opening new ways of imagining and practicing collaborations.
The name is inspired by the astrophysical concept of Lagrange Points, positions in space where the gravitational forces of two large bodies balance each other, creating zones of relative stability. In these rare points of equilibrium, objects can remain suspended in harmony between competing forces. For us, this idea becomes a metaphor: a space held in balance between art and politics, memory and future, resistance and imagination. A place where different energies meet without canceling one another, and where new trajectories can emerge.
Lagrange Points is an ecosystem where art, culture, and work sustain each other. Its foundation combines hospitality, coworking, and artistic practice into one living structure. Production services, artisanal work, ecological and recycled approaches, support for and by freelancers and collectives keep the house active. It is both workplace and cultural space, where everyday activity turns into shared practice.
- Since 2018, Lagrange Points has unfolded through pop-ups, pauses of reflection, and phases of development, carried by the energies of many who took part in shaping it.
- Now, it finds its new home. Opening in March 2026 with a soft phase until May 2026, creating time and space for the house to grow step by step into full capacity.
- Guided by Action, Movement, Beginnings, LP stands for art and culture as forces that carry memory, open dialogue, and give form to collective imagination.
